About Us

AW STHLM consists of a team with many years of experience within the health and fitness industry.
We have been working for larger and smaller gym chains and training facilities, and we have practiced several different kinds of sports during the years, such as different kinds of martial arts and dancing. We are also formally educated within physiology, nutrition, molecular biology, and biochemistry from universities such as the Karolinska Institute, and the Royal Institute of Technology.

Today's fitness industry is full of anecdotes, myths, and extreme diets that promise quick results. What is really true? It can be very challenging to know your specific needs, so we want to help you find a sustainable, healthy lifestyle by balancing exercise, nutrition and rest in an effective way. We create highly personalised plans for your fitness and nutritional needs, based on scientific ground.

Our mission is simple: to help you achieve the results you want while creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
